There has always been some people who join others in worship along with Allah (SWT) and has innovated the basic dogma. And We certainly sent into every nation a messenger, [saying], “Worship Allah and avoid Taghut.” (Quran 16:36)
Being a Muslim, it is our utmost faith that the Prophet Muhammad (Peace and Blessings of Allah be upon him) is the seal of Prophets which means that prophecy end on him and there will not be any prophet or messenger after him (Peace and blessings of Allah be upon him). The following verse of the Noble Quran testifies this matter as:
Muhammad is not the father of [any] one of your men, but [he is] the Messenger of Allah and last of the prophets. And ever is Allah, of all things, Knowing. (Quran 33:40)
Therefore, it is sure we are not going to have any prophet, revelation or any messenger in future for guidance. All we have is the Noble Quran and the Sunnah of the last Prophet – Muhammad (Peace and Blessings of Allah be upon him). Since Allah (SWT) says in Quran:
There has certainly been for you in the Messenger of Allah an excellent pattern (of life)… (Quran 33:21)
